Little Miss Fancy Paints is artist Stacey Wright. Raised in Georgia and a recent transplant to North Carolina this is what Stacey has to say about her artistic influences. "Art has always been an influence in my life. As a toddler I would sit for hours and watch my father work his magic in pastels. I was always encouraged to paint, draw and dabble which I believe led me ultimately to where I am today. I have worked in several mediums over the years: pencil, acrylic, watercolor, gouache and India ink, but currently it is ceramics, clay and jewelry. After a childhood filled with art I choose a career in education. The tides soon turned and in 1999 I found myself with the support of a terrific husband opening a paint-your-own-pottery studio called Art and Soul in Atlanta. The business was my passion and joy but a transfer for my husband brought us to Raleigh in late 2008. In the spirit of Art and Soul, I started a new business Little Miss Fancy Paints that began as traveling parties for children and adults and has expanded to encompass my own finished pottery line. Art is everywhere you look and I believe everyone is artistic in their own way – I consider myself truly blessed to be able to live and breathe art every day! I hope you enjoy my creations as much as I enjoy making them!" Our online store is designed to provide you with a safe and secure environment to browse our product catalog.
